My passion for operational efficiency started in an unexpected place — a flower shop.

At 16, I worked for a floral business owner who taught me one of the most valuable lessons of my career:

“Time is money. Money is time.”

While the business was rooted in creativity, it thrived because of clear systems, intentional workflows, and operational structure. Watching how simple process improvements transformed efficiency completely changed the way I viewed business.

That mindset followed me into corporate leadership roles, where I became Six Sigma certified and helped identify operational inefficiencies that ultimately saved a company over $12 million annually.
